8:00am-11:00am (ages 5-8 coaches)
12:00pm-3:00pm (ages 9 and above coaches)

Hands on Training techniques
Practice organization tips and handouts
Skill development and skill drills
Drill solutions
Printed terminology
Safety and first aid issues
