GENERAL INFORMATION
- Age as of 10/1/2006 – players must be 9 by October 1, 2006
- Age groups are 9/10, 11/12, 13/14, & 15/18
- 18 year olds must register in the office and provide a valid high school ID
- 4-team minimum is required for each age group to form a league
- Practices begin Saturday, February 10th
- Games begin the weekend of February 24th
- Game days can not be determined until after registration because of the unknown participants in each age group
- Uniform t-shirts are provided and players provide shorts
SPORT SPECIFIC INFORMATION
- 10 game season followed by a single elimination tournament
- 2 games per week - 1 weekend game and 1 weekday game
- 1 practice per week
- Awards for ages 9-12: 1st & 2nd season trophies and participation trophies; 1st & 2nd tournament trophies
- Awards for ages 13 and above: 1st & 2nd season t-shirts and participation

EVALUATIONS
Players must be registered in the league in order to evaluate. No registrations will be taken at evaluations. Evaluations will be on Tuesday, January 30th OR Wednesday, January 31st for all age groups from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at the Brown Pelican Gym. Players need to attend only ONE evaluation. Evaluation attendance plays a very important role in team distribution.
TEAM FORMATION
The volleyball draft is scheduled for the week of February 5th. In order to achieve equal teams, the draft is held based upon the player evaluations, thus no requests for placement on a particular team or for a particular coach are accepted.
