Canning food is a method of storing freshness and taste. Learn the basic steps of canning which includes preparing your produce, storing, and what equipment is needed for doing so. Learn everything you need to know in this 2 hour introductory class. If you happen to buy or grow more vegetables than you are able to use canning is a convenient process for preserving your food and building your pantry.
This class is a prerequisite for Canning 102.
