This class will be conducted by Agent Rick Clark of the LA Department of Wildlife and Fisheries and is a mandatory class for anyone born on or after January 1, 1984 who will be operating a boat. After the completion of the course each student will take a test and receive a certificate of completion. Participants must be at least 10 years old to receive a certificate of completion.
