This class is being made possible as a result of an intergovernmental agreement between Recreation District #1 and the City of Mandeville and will be held at the Mandeville Trailhead Depot located at 675 Lafitte St. in Old Mandeville.

Naturopathic Doctor, Kami Dehler and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Peggy Bodet, RN will present a lecture on "Seasonal Wellness".  This lecture will include: 

• Why eating local and seasonal foods is important
• Cultured foods for health
• Staying healthy in the seasons with Natural medicine
• Shopping and cooking tips with recipes.
