This is a hands on class that will take place in the kitchen. Dale LeBlanc will demonstrate how to make home made strawberry preserves using the water
bath canning method. She will also demonstrate how use a pressure canner. You will have a chance to taste the preserves and take a small sample jar home to enjoy!
